Refund policy

Return Policy:

• Within 14 days, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you can either refund or exchange the item or receive store credit. The item must have tags still attached and not have been worn, washed or damaged in any way or we will not accept the return. 
• Returns made after 14 days up to 30 days may receive store credit. 
• No returns after 30 days.
• For out of town exchanges the buyer will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping and any new shipping costs. 
• You may also exchange your item in person at our store located at 3464 Brittain Blvd, Qualicum Beach, BC, V9K1W2
• No refunds on surfboards, paddle boards, sale items or wetsuits that have been worn.
• All sales outside of Canada are final.
• Sale items are Final Sale.
• No Rental Refunds.
